Instructions for the CPH online registration system

**Please help by registering your entire hunting party on one permit

1. Have the Following Items ready:
   1. Hunting License of you and your hunting party
   2. Major Credit card
2. https://www2.illinois.gov/dnr/hunting/Pages/ControlledPheasantHunting.aspx
3. Click on “Click Here For Applications”

 4.  Click On “Controlled Pheasant Hunts”     

5. Complete the Online registration form

1. Hunting license then click “Click Here”
2. Enter your Phone Number
3. Enter your email address
4. Select Area Example “CHP – DES PLAINES” 
5. Select Date
6. Select Total Number of Hunters in your Group
7. How many Resident and Non-Residents
8. Once Complete select Proceed to Application and payment
